He graduated with honors from UCLA and has a Master’s Degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern. Gallo lives in Pleasanton, California, with his wife and two daughters.

As Community Manager, Carolyn oversees the Gallo Communications Group website and social media outreach to ensure a strong connection and engagement with a global audience.
